POSTAGE

Hire Empire Australia offers Australia wide express postage for flat rate of $26. This includes a return express satchel. If you would like your order to be delivered via post simply select the express shipping option in the check out. 

 

Postage times 

We find that postage times vary across Australia depending on your location. Please see below to ensure the best chance of your garment arrival.

QLD - 1-2 business days

SA - 2-3 business days

NSW - 2-3 business days

VIC - 2-3 business days

ACT - 2-3 business days  

TAS - 2-3 business days 

NT - 3-5 business days 

WA - 3-5 business days 

Please note these postage times are not guaranteed, they are estimates provided by the Australia Post website calculator. Hire Empire Australia is not liable for any delays caused by Australia Post. For the best chance of your garment arrival we suggest ordering earlier than 3-4 days before your desired dates. For Rural and Western Australian orders we suggest ordering at least 7 days in advance. 

 

Once your garment has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number. This can be tracked via the Australia Post website. 

 

When returning a parcel via post, it MUST be lodged and scanned in store over the counter by 4pm the final day of your booking or 12pm the following business day if your booking date ends on a weekend. The lodgement reciept must be provided to Hire Empire Australia as proof of sending. If you fail to post the garment back on your final booking date you will be charged a late fee of $20 a day until posted. If the garment is not returned by the following Friday, you will be charged the full hire price again. If the garment has still not been returned after 14 days the client will be charged the full RRP to have the garment replaced. 

 

Hire Empire Australia will not be held liable for any lost, damaged or late deliveries by Australia Post. Hire Empire Australia is not required to refund clients due to delayed arrivals by Australia Post.

Hire Empire Australia do not accept responsibility if an incorrect or unsecured address is provided.

If there is not a safe place to leave your parcel and Australia Post take it back to their store for collection, the client is not entitled to a refund nor store credit.

If you would like your garment posted to a PO Box, we will also need your home address to be provided to us via email. 

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or a store credit for any sizing issues or change of mind. If you are not able to try on your preferred garment we are more than happy to provide garment measurements. 

 

Postal returns are NOT to be lodged in an Australia Post street box. If you ignore this and the parcel goes missing, you will be charged RRP to replace the garment.
